ロイヤルが希望退職募集　グループの７％、２００人

　外食チェーン大手ロイヤルホールディングス（ＨＤ）は２７日、早期希望退職者を２００人程度募集すると発表した。募集人数はグループ全体の約７％に当たる。新型コロナウイルスの影響が長期化する中、業績回復に向けて固定費を減らす。
　グループ全体で希望退職を募集するのは「初めて」（広報担当）という。
　ロイヤルＨＤと、ファミリーレストランを展開するロイヤルホスト（東京）など国内の連結子会社９社に在籍する５０歳以上６４歳以下の社員が対象。１２月１日から１８日まで募り、来年１月末で退職する。ロイヤルＨＤは関連費用を今年１２月期に特別損失として計上する。（2020/10/27-18:50）

Royal to Offer Voluntary Redundancy to 200 Workers

Major Japanese restaurant chain operator Royal Holdings Co. has said it will introduce a voluntary redundancy program for some 200 group employees, or about 7 pct of the total workforce.
Amid lingering impacts from the new coronavirus epidemic, the company aims to reduce fixed costs through the workforce reduction to improve its earnings, according to Royal's announcement on Tuesday.
