スターフライヤー、資本増強検討　１００億円規模で調整

　航空会社のスターフライヤーが、１００億円規模の資本増強策を検討していることが２５日、分かった。新型コロナウイルスの影響で厳しい経営環境が続く中、財務基盤の強化を図る。
　第三者割当増資や一部を資本と見なせる劣後ローンなど、出資の引受先を探している。ただ、詳細は詰まっておらず、３０日に予定する２０２０年９月中間決算の発表時に具体策を示せるかは不透明だ。（2020/10/25-15:40）

Star Flyer is considering raising some 10 billion yen in fresh capital as the Japanese airline is struggling with the fallout of the coronavirus pandemic, informed sources said Sunday.
The airline is studying options including issuing new shares or taking in subordinated loans, the sources said.
