東京ドーム社長の解任要求　「企業価値損なう」―投資ファンド

　東京ドームは１９日、投資ファンドから長岡勤社長ら取締役３人の解任を求める通知を受け取ったと発表した。ファンド側は臨時株主総会の招集を請求。現在の経営陣に引き続き経営を任せれば「企業価値を著しく毀損（きそん）する結果を招く」と主張している。
　東京ドームによると、請求したのは物言う株主として知られる香港の投資ファンド、オアシス・マネジメント。東京ドーム株式の３％以上（７月末時点）を保有する。長岡社長のほか、社外取締役２人の解任を求めた。
　オアシスは２０１９年１２月、東京ドームの業務改善計画を公表したが、経営陣は対話を繰り返し拒絶したと主張。非効率な経営を続ける経営陣に問題があるとして、長岡社長は取締役として不適任と指摘した。
　これに対し、東京ドームは「対話を拒んできた認識はない」と主張。「突然、一方的な提案を受け、困惑している」として、対応を慎重に検討すると説明している。（2020/10/19-20:03）

Oasis Management, a Hong Kong-based investment fund, has demanded the dismissal of Tokyo Dome Corp. President Tsutomu Nagaoka and two other board members of the dome stadium's operator, the Tokyo company said Monday.
The fund, which had an equity stake of some 3 pct in Tokyo Dome as of the end of July, urged the firm to hold an extraordinary general shareholders meeting, claiming that its corporate value would be substantially hurt if its current management team is allowed to continue running the company,
