新型コロナ、７場面に注意　飲み会やマスクなしの会話―分科会

　政府の新型コロナウイルス感染症対策分科会は１５日までに、飲み会やマスクなしでの会話など、感染リスクが高まる７種類の場面をまとめ、注意を呼び掛けた。
　分科会はクラスター（感染者集団）の調査などを基に感染リスクが高まる状況を抽出。「３密」「大声」が重なりやすい７種類の場面を挙げた。
　このうち「飲酒を伴う懇親会」は、会話が大声になりやすく、狭い空間に大人数が長時間滞在することでリスクが高まると判断した。「深夜に及ぶ飲食」も、感染の恐れがあるという。
　職場については、対策を取った事務作業は感染リスクが低い半面、「仕事後や休憩時間」「マスクなしの会話」は高まるとした。
　学校の寮やクラブ活動など「集団生活」は「密」になりやすいと分析。換気の悪い空間での「激しい呼吸を伴う運動」も注意が必要とした。
　分科会の尾身茂会長は、感染者数の減少ペースが鈍化する中、政府の観光振興策「Ｇｏ　Ｔｏ　トラベル」などが本格化すると指摘。感染拡大を抑えるため「今は極めて重要な時期」で、個人の行動が重要になると話した。（2020/10/15-13:33）

A Japanese government panel has warned citizens of seven specific conditions with high risks of being infected with the novel coronavirus, such as parties where alcoholic beverages are consumed.
   The panel picked the seven conditions, which tend to involve the 3Cs of closed, crowded and close-contact settings, and talking in loud voices, based on a survey of cases in which cluster infections occurred.
   "Parties involving drinking" are often held among a large number of people in a closed place for a long time, and participants tend to talk loudly, it said. "Dining sessions that extend into late at night" also have a high risk of infection, according to the panel.
   As for work conditions, the panel said that the risk is low in an office with proper infection prevention measures in place, but is high "after work or during a break," when people tend to get close, and "when workers have conversations without wearing a face mask."
   "Living in a group," such as at dormitories and club activities at school, also increases the risk as it is likely to create the 3Cs, it said.
