中国合弁、年内開業へ準備＝１００％出資に意欲－野村ＨＤ会長

　【北京時事】野村ホールディングス（ＨＤ）の古賀信行会長は１６日夜、中国の北京大学で講演し、同社が５１％出資する中国合弁会社「野村東方国際証券」設立について、「年内に開業する予定で（準備を）進めている」と述べた。また、将来の１００％出資に意欲を示した。
　中国で証券会社の外資出資比率の上限が４９％から５１％に引き上げられたのを受け、野村は昨年５月に過半出資の合弁設立を申請、今年３月に当局の認可を受けた。
　中国合弁はウェルスマネジメント（富裕層向け資産管理ビジネス）から事業をスタートする計画で、古賀氏は「野村の経験値を生かせる」と分析。また、合弁経営陣には女性を多く登用し、多様性を重視したと強調した。（2019/10/17-18:16）

Nomura Holdings Inc. Chairman Nobuyuki Koga has said preparations are under way so that its new securities joint venture in China will start business within this year.
In a lecture at Peking University on Wednesday night, Koga also showed eagerness to make the new company a fully owned subsidiary eventually.
