首都圏マンション発売、２割減＝平均６００６万円－１９年度上期

　不動産経済研究所が１７日発表した２０１９年度上半期（４～９月）の首都圏（東京都、神奈川県、埼玉県、千葉県）の新築マンションの発売戸数は前年同期比２１．７％減の１万１９９６戸となった。上半期としては、バブル崩壊後の１９９２年度以来の低水準。１戸当たりの平均価格は４．２％上昇し、６００６万円となった。
　発売戸数の減少は、人気のある「駅近」エリアの用地取得が都心部で難しくなっていることや、人件費の高止まりによる建設費の上昇を受け、開発業者が供給を絞っていることが理由。（2019/10/17-16:20）

Tokyo-Area New Condo Supply Down 21 Pct in April-Sept.

The number of new condominiums put up for sale in the greater Tokyo area in April-September tumbled 21.7 pct from a year earlier to 11,996 units, an industry survey showed Thursday.
The number in the area, including the three prefectures of Chiba, Saitama and Kanagawa, fell to the lowest level for the period since 1992, according to the survey by the Real Estate Economic Institute.
