初の共通テスト、出願開始　コロナ対応で日程２パターン

　来年１月１６、１７日に初めて実施される大学入学共通テストの出願受け付けが２８日、東京都目黒区の大学入試センターで始まった。新型コロナウイルスの影響に伴う学習遅れに配慮し、現役生のみ出願時に試験日を１月３０、３１日にも選択できる異例の日程が組まれた。
　入試センターによると、志願者は昨年の約５５万人を下回る見込み。受け付けは郵送のみで、職員が一通ずつ志願票に記載漏れがないかどうかを確認していた。出願は１０月８日までで、職員ら約１００人体制でチェック作業に当たるという。
　入試センターによると、共通テストを利用する国公私立大・短大は過去最多の８６７校の見通し。上智大や学習院大などが新たに共通テストを利用する。
　現役の高校３年生は学校を通じて出願するが、その際に学業遅れがあると校長が判断すれば、１月３０、３１日を選択できる。この日程をコロナ感染などで受けられない場合に備え、２月１３、１４日にも特例追試験が設定された。（2020/09/28-10:43）

The National Center for University Entrance Examinations on Monday started to accept applications to take Japan's new unified university entrance exams, slated to take place for the first time on Jan. 16 and 17.
   In light of delays in school teaching amid the coronavirus epidemic, current final-year high school students can also choose to take the exams on Jan. 30 and 31.
   For students who would not be able to take the unified tests on the dates for such reasons as being infected with the coronavirus, additional tests will be held on Feb. 13 and 14.
   According to the center, the number of unified exam applicants is expected to fall from about 550,000 in the previous year.
   Applications are required to be sent by mail, and will be closed on Oct. 8. About 100 workers at the center are checking application documents.
