ソフトバンクＧ、非公開化検討　資産売却後に戦略再考―英紙報道

　【ロンドン時事】英紙フィナンシャル・タイムズ（ＦＴ）は１３日、ソフトバンクグループ（ＳＢＧ）が株式非公開化を検討していると報じた。現在取り組んでいる資産売却の後、戦略の見直しを行うという。
　ソフトバンクＧは有利子負債圧縮と自社株買いに向けた資産売却計画を進めており、傘下の英半導体設計大手アームを最大４００億ドル（約４兆２０００億円）で米半導体大手エヌビディアに売却すると発表した。
　ＦＴによると、株式非公開化はソフトバンクＧの保有資産の価値と実際の株価の隔たりに不満があるためだという。運用額１０兆円規模の「ソフトバンク・ビジョン・ファンド」を設立以降、事業会社よりも投資会社としての性格を強めていることも背景にある。（2020/09/14-07:33）

SoftBank Group Corp. is considering making itself private as the Japanese technology conglomerate seeks to review its strategy following an asset sales program, the Financial Times reported Sunday.
The delisting is being discussed among SoftBank Group executives as they are frustrated over the discount in the company's equity value compared with the value of its individual holdings, the British newspaper quoted sources familiar with the matter as saying.
