安倍首相、台風１９号被害「補正検討も」＝政府が対策本部会合

　政府は１５日午前、台風１９号に関する非常災害対策本部の会合を首相官邸で開いた。安倍晋三首相は被災地の復旧・復興に向け、「必要があれば補正予算も含め、しっかり財政措置を講じていく」と表明した。
　首相は当面、２０１９年度予算の予備費を活用する方針を強調。被災自治体への普通交付税の繰り上げ交付を速やかに実施するよう指示した。
　これに関し、麻生太郎財務相も閣議後の記者会見で、被害状況を見極めた上で「さらに（支援が）必要なら、補正（予算）を組むなどいろいろ考えないといけない」と語った。
　対策本部ではまた、被災自治体の避難所運営などを支援するため、５県９市町村に応援職員を派遣することを決定。首相は「今後も必要に応じて態勢を強化していく」と強調した。
　一方、河野太郎防衛相は会見で、被災者への給水・入浴支援などを行うため、即応予備自衛官と予備自衛官の招集を発表した。当面は約２００人、最終的に約１０００人が作業に当たる。（2019/10/15-10:19）

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said Tuesday the government is considering compiling a supplementary budget to finance the restoration and reconstruction of areas hit by powerful Typhoon Hagibis.
   "We will take fiscal steps including assembling a supplementary budget if necessary," Abe said at a meeting of the government's emergency disaster response headquarters.
   The government plans to tap into reserve funds under its fiscal 2019 budget for the time being, he said.
   Speaking at a press conference, Finance Minister Taro Aso said, "We need to come up with measures such as a supplementary budget if more support is needed."
   At the disaster response headquarters meeting, participants agreed to send support staff to five prefectures and nine municipalities to help operating evacuation shelters.
