７月所定外給与１６．６％減　残業短縮、名目賃金１．３％減

　厚生労働省が８日発表した７月の毎月勤労統計調査（速報値）によると、名目賃金を示す現金給与総額は、前年同月比１．３％減の３６万９５５１円だった。４カ月連続のマイナス。新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大に伴う景気悪化で労働者の残業時間が短くなり、所定外給与が１６．６％減の１万６３１７円に落ち込んだことが響いた。
　所定外給与の減少率は、政府の緊急事態宣言が出ていた５月の２６．３％減から徐々に縮小しているが、４月の１２．８％減を依然、上回っている。
　月間労働時間は２．４％減。このうち所定外労働時間は１５．３％減だった。所定外労働時間を業種別に見ると、生活関連サービス、飲食サービス、製造業などが３割を超える減少となった。（2020/09/08-08:42）

The average overtime pay in Japan fell 16.6 pct from a year earlier to 16,317 yen in July, reflecting a drop in extra work hours due to the economic slump caused by the novel coronavirus epidemic, the labor ministry said Tuesday.
   The average total pay in the month dropped 1.3 pct to 369,551 yen, down for the fourth consecutive month.
   The rate of drop in overtime pay was small compared with the 26.3 pct plunge in May, when the government's state of emergency over the epidemic was in place, and with the 24.5 pct drop in June, but was steeper than the 12.8 pct decrease in April.
   The average labor time was down 2.4 pct, and overtime hours dipped 15.3 pct. By industry, daily living-related service firms, restaurant operators and manufacturers saw overtime hours shrink by over 30 pct.
   By employee type, the average pay for part-time workers leveled off at 103,766 yen, while that for full-time workers fell 2.3 pct to 486,493 yen.
