ＧｏＴｏイート、条件付き容認　ワクチン接種は検討継続―コロナ分科会

　政府は４日、新型コロナウイルス感染症対策分科会（会長・尾身茂地域医療機能推進機構理事長）を東京都内で開いた。飲食店支援事業「Ｇｏ　Ｔｏ　イート」について、感染状況が一定程度に収まっていると知事が判断する都道府県に限って実施すべきだとの見解で一致。ワクチン接種の優先順位も協議したが結論が出ず、引き続き検討することになった。
　分科会はこれまで、感染状況を四つのステージに分類する考え方を示している。４日の会合では「Ｇｏ　Ｔｏ　イート」のうち、登録飲食店で使えるプレミアム付き食事券発行について、感染が比較的下火とみられるステージ１～２に当たる地域での実施を提言。事業開始後、感染状況が悪化した場合の対応について、尾身会長は記者会見で「慎重に対応してほしい」と述べ、事業停止も含めて検討すべきだとの認識を示した。
　分科会はまた、事業を実施するに当たり、３密回避など感染防止策の徹底や、利用者の接触確認アプリ導入を要請。西村康稔経済再生担当相は会見で、分科会の提言を踏まえ事業の進め方を整理する考えを示し、「９月の中下旬以降、順次事業が開始される」との見通しを示した。（2020/09/04-22:50）

A Japanese government subcommittee Friday agreed that the country's Go To Eat campaign for supporting eateries should be limited to prefectures where the severity of the coronavirus pandemic is low.
   Issuing discount meal coupons under the campaign should be allowed only in areas where the state of the pandemic is assessed as stage 1 or 2, the subcommittee said.
   If the severity of the pandemic worsens after the campaign starts, measures, including its suspension, should be considered, Shigeru Omi, head of the subcommittee, said at a press conference.
   The subcommittee called on coronavirus prevention measures to be put into place under the campaign.
   "The campaign will be launched in stages starting in the middle or late September," economic revitalization minister Yasutoshi Nishimura said.
