トヨタ、在宅勤務を拡充　９月から、一部技能職も

　トヨタ自動車は２日、在宅勤務制度の対象を全ての総合職や一般職、一部技能職などに広げる方針を明らかにした。９月以降、実施する。新型コロナウイルスの感染防止に加え、働き方の多様化や生産性の向上につなげるのが狙い。
　同社は２００２年、総合職を対象に育児目的の在宅勤務制度を導入したが、新型コロナの感染が広がった今年３月末以降、特例措置で対象を拡充。愛知県豊田市の本社や東京、名古屋の拠点で働く事務系社員などを原則として在宅勤務にした。この措置は５月末で終了したが、それ以降も在宅勤務の積極的な活用を推奨している。（2020/07/02-16:19）
