世界成長、マイナス４．９％　コロナ長引き再び下げ―ＩＭＦ予測

　【ワシントン時事】国際通貨基金（ＩＭＦ）は２４日、最新の世界経済見通しで、２０２０年の成長率をマイナス４．９％と４月時点の予測（マイナス３．０％）から下方修正した。新型コロナウイルス感染拡大が収束せず、景気回復が想定より鈍いと分析した。１９３０年代に深刻化した大恐慌以来の不況に陥る。来年も５．４％と０．４ポイント引き下げた。
　ＩＭＦは、大恐慌時の世界全体の成長率はマイナス１０％程度と推計している。ＩＭＦの統計でさかのぼれる８０年以降でマイナス成長だったのはリーマン・ショック直後の２００９年（マイナス０．１％）しかなく、今回の不況は「類を見ない危機」（ゲオルギエワ専務理事）となる。
　ＩＭＦは今年後半に感染が収まり、経済が正常化するシナリオを描いていたが、「今年前半の景気が見込みを超える打撃を受けた」と説明。サプライチェーン（部品供給網）の障害も響くとしている。
　日本は２０年がマイナス５．８％と、４月から０．６ポイント下がった。２月の景気後退入りが認定された米国はマイナス８．０％、感染被害が目立ったイタリアを含むユーロ圏はマイナス１０．２％。いずれもＩＭＦの統計では最悪となる。（2020/06/24-22:09）

The International Monetary Fund said Wednesday that the global economy is projected to shrink 4.9 pct in 2020, worse than its previous forecast of a 3.0 pct drop, released in April.
   The IMF estimates that the spread of the novel coronavirus is unlikely to be brought under control in 2020 and that the pace of economic recovery will be slower than the previous projections.
   The global economy is expected to experience its worst recession since the Great Depression in the 1930s, according to the IMF's latest World Economic Outlook report.
   The IMF also revised down its global economic growth forecast for 2021 by 0.4 percentage point to 5.4 pct.
   According to the IMF, the global economy is estimated to have shrunk some 10 pct during the Great Depression.
