３月外食、最大の落ち込み　新型コロナで売上高１７％減

　日本フードサービス協会（東京）が２７日発表した３月の外食産業売上高（新店含む全店ベース）は、前年同月比１７．３％減となった。新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大を受けて来店客が急減したため。現在の調査方式となった１９９４年以来、単月として過去最大の下げ幅となった。
　３月は東京都などで週末や夜間の外出自粛要請が出て、繁華街にある飲食店などが苦戦を強いられた。業態別では、パブ・居酒屋が４３．３％減。送迎会など宴会のキャンセルが相次いだのが響いた。一方、持ち帰りや宅配が増えたファストフードは６．９％減にとどまった。（2020/04/27-19:17）

Restaurant sales in Japan in March plunged 17.3 pct from a year before on an all-store basis, marking the steepest decline since the current statistics began in 1994, due to the impact from the outbreak of the new coronavirus, industry data showed Monday.
The number of customers fell sharply due to the spread of the virus, according to the Japan Food Service Association.
