ブリヂストン、１１工場を一時停止　車減産、部品に影響拡大

　ブリヂストンは２０日、自動車用タイヤなどを製造する国内１１工場について、４月下旬から５月上旬にかけ操業を一時停止すると発表した。期間は２～６日間。新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大で減産を余儀なくされた自動車産業は裾野が広く、部品メーカーにも影響が及んでいる。
　同社は、当初から予定していた大型連休中の休業（５月３～６日）の前後につなげて稼働を停止する。（2020/04/20-18:08）

Bridgestone to Halt Production at 11 Plants in Japan

Bridgestone Corp. said Monday it will suspend operations at 11 plants in Japan in late April and early May in addition to scheduled halts during the spring holiday period.
The major tire maker was initially scheduled to stop production of tires and related products at the plants during the four-day holiday from May 3.

Switch to Japanese
