ＪＲ東日本の鉄道利用６割減 「緊急事態宣言」後の平日
ＪＲ東日本は１３日、政府が新型コロナウイルス感染拡大を受けた緊急事態宣言を出した後、８～１０日の平日朝の通勤時間帯に山手線を利用した人は２月上旬と比べて６０％減ったと明らかにした。宣言が出される直前の３５％減から一段と利用者は減ったものの、政府が求める出勤者を最低７割減らすとの水準には届かなかった。
週末１１、１２両日の山手線利用者は１年前と比べて８５％減った。緊急事態宣言が出される前の４、５両日は７５％減だった。一方、１１、１２両日の新幹線の利用は９２％減と１０分の１に落ち込んだ。（2020/04/13-18:45）
