キヤノン本社、７日から休業　新型コロナ感染防止、川崎市の事業所も

　キヤノンは６日、東京都大田区の本社と川崎市にある４カ所の事業所を７日から１７日まで一斉休業にすると発表した。首都圏での新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大を受けた措置。
　本社には約６０００人が勤務している。４事業所は研究開発を担う。原則すべての従業員が休業し、事業継続に必要な社員に限って在宅で勤務することで対応する。
　日立製作所は６日、政府が緊急事態宣言を発令した場合、東京都内のオフィスなどで働く約５万人について、実施中の「原則在宅勤務」を徹底すると発表した。都以外の自治体から在宅勤務の要請があれば、それに従うという。
　オリンパスは同日、都内のグループ従業員約８０００人を対象に１０日まで実施中の在宅勤務の期間を５月１日まで延長すると発表した。対象地域も都内に加え、北海道、大阪府、京都府のほか、埼玉、神奈川、千葉、愛知、奈良、福岡の６県にも広げる。（2020/04/06-21:18）

Canon to Close Tokyo Headquarters due to Coronavirus Spread

Canon Inc. said it will close its Tokyo headquarters and four offices in Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture, Tuesday through April 17 due to the spread of the novel coronavirus in the metropolitan area.
The headquarters has some 6,000 employees, while the Kawasaki offices engage in research and development. All employees will be off in principle during the period, while the minimum number of workers needed to continue business will work from home, according to the Japanese camera and office equipment maker.
