大阪、兵庫の往来自粛を　３連休、両知事呼び掛け―新型コロナ

　大阪府の吉村洋文知事は１９日、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大を防ぐため、２０日からの３連休中、兵庫県との不要不急の行き来を自粛するよう府民に呼び掛けた。記者会見した同知事は「兵庫や大阪では、いつ感染の爆発が起きてもおかしくない状況だと聞いている」と強調した。
　府によると、政府の専門家会議から両府県の往来を自粛するよう提案された。吉村知事は今後の感染者数について、「最悪の場合、大阪と兵庫で４月３日までに計約３３００人出る試算も（同会議から）示されている」と述べた。
　兵庫県の井戸敏三知事も１９日、大阪やその他の地域との不要不急の往来や外出などの自粛を求めた。県内の感染者は、伊丹市のデイケア施設の利用者らを中心に９０人を超えたが、井戸知事は「急増しているのは事実だが波及している状況ではない。大部分（の発生場所）が把握されており、しっかり封じ込め対策を行う」と強調した。（2020/03/19-21:21）

The governors of Osaka and Hyogo prefectures asked residents Thursday to avoid nonessential travel between the two neighboring western Japan prefectures over the three-day weekend starting Friday to contain the spread of the novel coronavirus.
   "I've been briefed that an explosive wave of infection could happen anytime in Hyogo and Osaka," Hirofumi Yoshimura, governor of Osaka, told a press conference.
   A panel of experts commissioned by the Japanese government called for a voluntary restraint on travel between the two prefectures, according to Osaka prefectural officials.
   The panel also "presented an estimate that about 3,300 coronavirus cases will emerge in Osaka and Hyogo together by April 3," Yoshimura said.
   Hyogo Governor Toshizo Ido separately called on residents to refrain from nonessential outings, including travel to Osaka and other areas.
