東京メトロ、売り出し価格１２００円　東証プライム市場に２３日上場

　東京地下鉄（東京メトロ）は１５日、１株当たりの売り出し価格を１２００円に決定したと発表した。東証プライム市場に２３日上場する。売り出し規模は３４８６億円、上場時の時価総額は６９７２億円で、２０１８年に上場したソフトバンク以来の規模となる見通しだ。（2024/10/15-17:07）

Tokyo Metro's IPO Price Set at 1,200 Yen

Tokyo Metro Co. said Tuesday that it will sell shares at 1,200 yen apiece for a total of 348.6 billion yen in line with its plans to go public on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's top-tier Prime section on Oct. 23.
The Japanese subway operator will have a market capitalization of 697.2 billion yen at the time of stock listing, the largest initial public offering in the country since the 2018 debut of SoftBank Corp. stock.
