４月機械受注、２．９％減　基調判断「持ち直し」維持―内閣府

　内閣府が１７日発表した４月の機械受注統計（季節調整値）によると、企業の設備投資の先行指標となる民間需要（変動の大きい船舶・電力を除く）の受注額は前月比２．９％減の８８６３億円となった。マイナスは３カ月ぶり。基調判断は「持ち直しの動きが見られる」を維持した。
　内閣府は、先月に造船業で大型案件があったことや、電気機械からの受注額が大きかった反動が要因と分析した。トヨタ自動車など大手自動車メーカーで新たに発覚した認証不正の影響については「今後注視する必要がある」（担当者）と指摘した。（2024/06/17-10:54）

Japan's seasonally adjusted core machinery orders fell 2.9 pct from the previous month in April, the first drop in three months, the Cabinet Office said Monday.
   The month-on-month decline came after the previous month saw large orders in the shipbuilding and electrical machinery sectors.
   Private-sector orders excluding those for ships and power equipment, closely watched as a leading indicator of corporate capital spending, totaled 886.3 billion yen.
   The Cabinet Office maintained its basic view that machinery orders are showing signs of picking up.
   A Cabinet Office official pointed to the need to monitor the impact of newly discovered certification irregularities at Toyota Motor Corp. and other major Japanese automakers.
