岸田首相が「金正恩氏と会談意向」　与正氏表明、日本に譲歩要求―北朝鮮

　【ソウル時事】北朝鮮の金与正朝鮮労働党副部長は２５日、談話を発表し、岸田文雄首相が最近、「できるだけ早い時期」に金正恩朝鮮労働党総書記と会談したいとの意向を北朝鮮側に伝えてきたと明らかにした。その上で、日朝関係を前に進めるために重要なのは「日本の政治的決断だ」と主張し、日本側に拉致問題で譲歩するよう迫った。朝鮮中央通信が伝えた。
　首相はこれまでも日朝首脳会談に意欲を示してきたが、談話によれば、今回は「別のルート」で会談の意向が伝えられたという。
　与正氏は正恩氏の妹。談話では「日本が拉致問題に固執するなら、首相は人気集めをしているにすぎないという評判を避けられなくなるだろう」とけん制し、拉致問題は「解決済み」とする従来の立場を改めて強調した。
　さらに「首脳会談に臨もうとする心構えだけでは、不信と誤解に満ちた両国関係を解きほぐすことはできない」と指摘。「自分が決心したからといって、わが国の指導部と会えるわけではないと首相は知らなければならない」と述べた。（2024/03/25-18:23）

Japan's Kishida Wants to Meet with N. Korea's Kim: Sister

The powerful sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un said Monday that Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida recently told North Korea of his eagerness to meet with him as early as possible, according to North Korea's state media.
   A political decision by Japan is crucial to develop relations between the two countries, Kim Yo Jong, the sister, said in a statement released through the Korean Central News Agency.
   She urged Tokyo to make a concession over the issue of North Korea's abduction of Japanese nationals decades ago.
   She also said that Kishida will be labeled as a person who is merely trying to gain popularity if he sticks to the abduction issue.
