「実物大」ミライドン公開　ポケモンキャラ、トヨタ有志が再現

　人気ゲーム「ポケモン」に登場するキャラクター「ミライドン」を「実物大」で再現した新型モビリティー（移動手段）が１５日から東京ミッドタウン日比谷（東京都千代田区）で一般公開される。トヨタ自動車の社員有志でつくる「トヨタ技術会」がポケモン（東京）の協力で製作。実際に乗車して、ポケモン主人公の気分を楽しめる。公開は１７日まで。
　トヨタ技術会が、小学生約８０００人に実施したアンケート結果を基に企画した。４本足で歩く「４足モード」と二つのタイヤで動く「ドライブモード」を備える。時速３キロ程度で移動可能だが、一般公開ではドライブモードで停止した状態を展示。１４日の報道公開では４足モードでゆっくりと歩く姿がお披露目された。（2024/03/14-16:14）

Toyota Engineers Develop Mobility Inspired by Pokemon Character

Engineers of Toyota Motor Corp. have developed a mobility inspired by Miraidon, a character from the popular Pocket Monsters, or Pokemon, game series, in collaboration with Pokemon Co.
The mobility will be on display at the Tokyo Midtown Hibiya complex for three days from Friday. Visitors will be allowed to ride it to feel as if they are in the Pokemon world.
