鉄鋼３万円、造船重機１万８０００円　半世紀ぶり高水準ベア要求―労使共闘春闘、大手でスタート

　２０２４年春闘で、鉄鋼、造船重機の労働組合が９日、経営側に賃上げの要求書を一斉に提出し、大手企業の労使交渉がスタートした。日本製鉄、ＪＦＥスチール、神戸製鋼所の労組は、基本給を底上げするベースアップ（ベア）に相当する賃金改善分として、第１次石油危機後の１９７５年以来４９年ぶりの高水準となる月３万円を要求。造船重機の大手労組は７７年以来の高水準となる月１万８０００円を要求した。
　自動車、電機の大手労組は来週に要求書を提出する。物価高に負けない賃上げを目標に、デフレ完全脱却に向けて労使が共に闘う異例の春闘が３月１３日の集中回答日に向けて本格化する。
　２３年春闘では３０年ぶりの高水準の賃上げが実現したが、物価の高騰に追い付かず、２３年の実質賃金は２年連続で前年を下回った。大手労使が２３年春闘を上回る賃上げで一致点を見いだし、３月後半に交渉が本番を迎える中小企業の賃上げを先導できるかが焦点となる。（2024/02/09-19:42）

Labor unions at major Japanese steelmakers submitted their pay increase requests to the management side on Friday, marking the full-fledged start of the country's "shunto" spring wage negotiations this year.
In this year's shunto talks, labor and management sides unprecedentedly share a goal, seeking to achieve wage growth that outpaces inflation in a bid to pull Japan fully out of deflation. Many major companies will give their responses to unions' wage hike demands on March 13.
