日本生命、ニチイ買収を発表　２１００億円、介護参入で収益強化

　日本生命保険は２９日、介護最大手ニチイ学館の持ち株会社ニチイホールディングス（ＨＤ）を約２１００億円で買収することで合意したと発表した。需要の高い介護事業に参入し、収益力を強化する。今後、金融庁の認可を得た上で、ニチイＨＤの株式を保有する米ベインキャピタル系の投資ファンドなどから９９．６％分を取得する。（2023/11/29-17:02）

Nippon Life Insurance Co. said Wednesday that it has agreed to acquire Nichii Holdings Co., the parent of leading Japanese nursing care provider Nichiigakkan Co. for about 210 billion yen.
The major Japanese life insurer hopes to boost its profitability by entering the nursing care business, which is enjoying brisk demand amid the aging of society in the country.
