対北朝鮮で連携確認　日マレーシア外相

　林芳正外相は９日、マレーシアの首都クアラルンプールで同国のサイフディン外相と会談した。日本外務省によると、林氏は高い頻度で弾道ミサイル発射を続ける北朝鮮を「日本および地域の安全保障にとって重大かつ差し迫った脅威だ」と非難。両外相は、北朝鮮の核・ミサイル開発や日本人拉致問題で連携していくことを確認した。
　マレーシアは日本にとって第２位の液化天然ガス（ＬＮＧ）供給国。両外相はエネルギーの安定供給に向けた協力の強化も申し合わせた。（2022/10/09-20:22）

Japanese Foreign Minister Yoshimasa Hayashi and his Malaysian counterpart, Saifuddin Abdullah, agreed that their countries will cooperate in dealing with North Korea's nuclear and missile development and the issue of Japanese nationals abducted by Pyongyang decades ago.
   The agreement came during the two ministers' talks in the Malaysian capital of Kuala Lumpur on Sunday, according to the Japanese Foreign Ministry.
   Hayashi told Saifuddin that North Korea's frequent launches of ballistic missiles are a grave and imminent threat to the security of Japan and the surrounding region.
   The two ministers also agreed to strengthen their countries' cooperation in ensuring stable energy supply.
   Malaysia is the second-largest supplier of liquefied natural gas to Japan.
