三菱ＵＦＪ、特損２０７４億円　子会社の株安で―１９年４～１２月期

　三菱ＵＦＪフィナンシャル・グループ（ＭＵＦＧ）は３０日、２０１９年４～１２月期に２０７４億円の特別損失を計上すると発表した。今年４月に傘下に収めたインドネシア大手銀行バンクダナモン（ジャカルタ市）の株価が同日時点で取得価格の半分以下に下がったため、買収価格が割高だったと判断。買収価格と実際の資産価値の差額に当たる「のれん代」を一括償却し、損失として計上する。
　ただ、来年３月末時点で株価が回復する可能性もあり、２０年３月期の純利益目標９０００億円は現時点で変更しない方針だ。（2019/12/30-19:19）

Japan's Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Inc. said Monday that it will book a special loss of 207.4 billion yen for April-December due to a plunge in the stock price of an overseas unit.
Mitsubishi UFJ concluded that the acquisition price for PT Bank Danamon Indonesia was too high, as the subsidiary's stock price fell to less than half of the per-share acquisition value as of Monday.
