土井副社長が昇格　逮捕の山岸社長は辞任―プレサンス

　東証１部上場の不動産会社プレサンスコーポレーションは２３日、土井豊副社長が同日付で社長に昇格したと発表した。山岸忍社長から取締役を辞任したいとの申し出があり、受理した。山岸前社長は、学校法人明浄学院（大阪府熊取町）の土地売買をめぐる横領事件で、業務上横領容疑で大阪地検特捜部に１６日逮捕された。（2019/12/23-17:33）

Shinobu Yamagishi stepped down as president of Pressance Corp. on Monday after his recent arrest for alleged embezzlement, the Japanese real estate firm said.
Yamagishi was replaced by Yutaka Doi, Pressance vice president, said the company, based in Osaka, western Japan.
