楽天証、上場準備　時期は未定

　楽天グループは２４日、連結子会社でインターネット専業大手の楽天証券（東京）について、株式上場の準備を開始すると発表した。上場時期は未定だが、引き続きグループの連結子会社としてポイントを核とする「楽天経済圏」の金融部門を担う。上場を通じて楽天証の自律的な経営戦略の実行や資金調達を可能にし、グループ全体の成長加速を目指す。（2022/05/24-11:30）

Online shopping mall giant Rakuten Group Inc. said Tuesday it will begin preparations for the stock exchange listing of Rakuten Securities Inc., its online brokerage unit.
The group said the timing of the stock market listing has yet to be decided.
