石油、過去最大１５００万バレル放出　国家備蓄から初、ＩＥＡと協調

　岸田文雄首相は７日、国際エネルギー機関（ＩＥＡ、本部パリ）による石油備蓄の協調放出合意を受け、日本として過去最大となる１５００万バレルを追加放出すると発表した。石油元売り会社などに義務付けている民間備蓄と、政府が全国１０カ所で管理している「国家備蓄」から放出する。国家備蓄からの放出は１９７８年の制度開始以来、初めてとなる。
　岸田首相は記者団に対し、「（ＩＥＡ割当量の）１．５倍の１５００万バレルの備蓄を放出する」と表明。放出規模は米国に次ぐと説明した。（2022/04/07-22:02）

Japan to Additionally Release Oil Reserves: Kishida

Japan will release an additional 15 million barrels of oil reserves, following a recent International Energy Agency agreement, Prime Minister Fumio Kishida said Thursday.
   Kishida also said that the Japanese government will secure seats on direct flights from Poland, in order to help evacuees from Ukraine flee to Japan, in the wake of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
   On the discovery of numerous bodies believed to be those of civilians near the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv after the retreat of the Russian military, Kishida said that such people were victims of a "war crime."
   "Our country is requesting an investigation by the International Criminal Court," he said.
