セブン＆アイ、社外取締役を過半に　米ファンドも要求

Japanese retail giant Seven & i Holdings Co. plans to have outsiders fill a majority of seats on its board of directors, according to informed sources.
The step is intended to strengthen Seven & i's corporate governance and gain the expertise needed to expand the company's convenience store network abroad, the sources said Monday.
