日立、建機株を半分売却　伊藤忠などに１８２４億円

　日立製作所は１４日、約５１％を保有する上場子会社の日立建機株式のうち２６％について、伊藤忠商事と投資ファンド、日本産業パートナーズ（東京）の折半出資会社に売却すると発表した。売却額は約１８２４億円。ＩＴ分野に経営資源を集中する一環で、相乗効果の薄い事業の売却を進めており、上場子会社再編の総仕上げとなる。
　日立の議決権比率は約２５％に低下し、日立建機は連結子会社から持ち分法適用会社となる。今後も日立ブランドを継続使用するほか、デジタル技術や研究開発などの領域で連携を維持する。（2022/01/14-20:56）

Hitachi to Sell Half of Hitachi Construction Machinery Stake

Hitachi Ltd. said Friday that it has agreed to sell half of its stake in subsidiary Hitachi Construction Machinery Co. for about 182.4 billion yen.
The Japanese electronics and heavy machinery company currently owns about 51 pct of the unit. Of the total, 26 pct will be sold to a consortium of trading house Itochu Corp. and investment fund Japan Industrial Partners Inc.
