沖縄のレンタカー会社が民事再生法　コロナ禍で観光客減、負債５５億円

　東京商工リサーチが１２日までに明らかにしたところによると、沖縄県を拠点にレンタカー事業を営むトラベルレンタカー（同県豊見城市）と関連２社が、１１日付で東京地裁に民事再生法の適用を申請した。負債額は３社合計で５５億５９５６万円。新型コロナウイルス禍による観光客の減少で、資金繰りが悪化していた。東京都の自動車関連コンサルティング会社が支援し、事業は継続する。（2022/01/12-22:45）

A car rental firm operating mainly in the southernmost Japan prefecture of Okinawa and two affiliates have sought bankruptcy protection, hit hard by the novel coronavirus crisis.
Travel Rent-a-Car, based in the Okinawa city of Tomigusuku, and the affiliates filed for protection with Tokyo District Court under the civil rehabilitation law Tuesday, leaving debts of 5,559.56 million yen in total, Tokyo Shoko Research Ltd. said.
