ヤフー、国内どこでも居住可能に　航空機通勤も容認

　ヤフーは１２日、社員が日本国内のどこでも居住できるよう４月１日から人事制度を拡充すると発表した。従来は出社指示があった場合に翌日午前１１時までに電車や新幹線で出社できる範囲に居住地を限定していた。遠隔勤務が中心となるが、月１５万円の交通費を上限に航空機や特急列車による通勤も容認する。
　柔軟な働き方で社員に能力発揮を促すとともに、全国から優秀な人材の確保を目指す。正社員や契約社員、嘱託社員の計約８０００人が対象。出社を指示する場合、２営業日前までに連絡するなど配慮するという。北海道や沖縄県に居住することもできるようになる。（2022/01/12-17:50）

Yahoo Japan Corp. said Wednesday that it will allow employees to live anywhere in Japan from April 1.
The move by the Z Holdings Corp. unit is aimed at offering flexible working environments so that employees can reach their potential, as well as attracting talent from around the country.
