日韓、１６日に政策対話　３年半ぶり輸出管理議論

　【ウィーン時事】日韓両政府は５日、日本の対韓輸出管理厳格化措置をめぐる局長級の政策対話を１６日に日本の経済産業省で開催すると発表した。オーストリア・ウィーンで４日開いた局長級の準備会合で合意した。政策対話実施は２０１６年６月以来３年半ぶり。双方の管理制度などについて議論する。
　梶山弘志経産相は５日、記者団に議題に関し、「審査体制の脆弱（ぜいじゃく）性など韓国側の輸出管理制度、運用が不十分であることを想定している」と指摘。韓国側の体制が改善されれば、厳格化措置を見直す構えも示した。ただ、韓国側は対話を通じた早期撤回を強く求めている。両国の見解には隔たりがあり、協議は難航することも予想される。（2019/12/05-11:39）

The Japanese and South Korean governments said Thursday that they will hold a bureau-chief-level policy dialogue in Tokyo on Dec. 16, over Japan's tightening earlier this year of export controls on South Korea.
   The two sides agreed to hold the policy dialogue, which will be the first since June 2016, at a preparatory meeting in Vienna on Wednesday.
   Speaking to reporters in Tokyo, Japanese Economy, Trade and Industry Minister Hiroshi Kajiyama suggested that Japan could review the tighter export controls if the South Korean side improves its export management system.
   Kajiyama pointed to "insufficiencies" in South Korea's export controls, such as poor export screenings.
   The Japanese government attributes the tighter export controls to its concern that security-sensitive Japanese products could be leaked via South Korea to third countries.
