経済対策、事業規模２５兆円　防災や景気下支え―政府・与党

　政府が取りまとめる経済対策の事業規模が２５兆円程度になることが３日、明らかになった。防災対策や国内景気の下支えなどが柱で、国と地方の財政支出などを含めた財政措置は１３兆円規模になる見込み。前回２０１６年の経済対策と同程度になる。自民・公明両党内での議論を経た上で、５日にも閣議決定する。
　自民党の岸田文雄政調会長は３日の党内会合後、記者団に「２５兆円程度の規模になると感じている」との見通しを示した。
　関連経費については、１９年度補正予算案と２０年度当初予算案に分けて計上、「１５カ月予算」として一体的に編成する。財政措置１３兆円のうち、国が低利で融資する財政投融資は３兆円台後半。
　同日明らかになった原案では、国内経済について「緩やかな回復基調にある」としながらも、米中貿易摩擦や中国経済の先行き不透明感などを理由に経済対策の意義を強調。消費税増税の影響に十分注意し、東京五輪・パラリンピック後の経済活力維持にも言及した。（2019/12/03-21:08）

Japan to Compile 25-T.-Yen Economic Package

The Japanese government is expected to compile an economic package worth 25 trillion yen, including around 13 trillion yen in fiscal spending, sources familiar with the matter said Tuesday.
   The government is likely to adopt the package as early as Thursday, the sources said.
   The package "will likely be worth some 25 trillion yen," Fumio Kishida, policy chief of the ruling Liberal Democratic Party, told reporters.
   Related costs will be booked under a fiscal 2019 supplementary budget and a fiscal 2020 full budget, the sources said.
   The fiscal spending will include more than 3.5 trillion yen from the government's fiscal investment and loan program, the sources said.
