両陛下が神武、孝明天皇陵を参拝

　天皇、皇后両陛下は２７日、初代天皇とされる奈良県橿原市の神武天皇陵と、京都市の孝明天皇陵を参拝し、即位の礼と大嘗祭を終えたことを報告する「親謁の儀」に臨まれた。
　神武天皇陵では、モーニング姿でシルクハットを手にした天皇陛下が、砂利が敷き詰められた参道をゆっくりと進み、午前１０時半ごろ、祭壇に玉串をささげ拝礼。参拝服姿の皇后さまも同１０時５０分ごろ、同様に拝礼した。

　両陛下は午後、近鉄線で京都駅に移動し、車で孝明天皇陵へと向かった。陛下は午後４時すぎ、陵へと通じる坂道を上り、玉串をささげ拝礼。皇后さまも同様に拝礼した。
　両陛下は２８日午前に京都市の明治天皇陵を参拝する。帰京後の１２月３日に東京都八王子市の昭和天皇陵と大正天皇陵を参拝。同４日に皇居・宮中三殿を参拝し、一連の即位関連儀式を終える。（2019/11/27-17:46）

Japan's Emperor Naruhito on Wednesday visited the mausoleum of Emperor Jinmu, believed to be the country's mythical first Emperor, for the "Shinetsu-no-Gi" ceremony to report the completion of a series of "Sokui-no-Rei" enthronement-related events and "Daijosai" thanksgiving ritual.
   Clad in morning dress and carrying a silk hat, Emperor Naruhito slowly walked along the pebbled path to the mausoleum located in the city of Kashihara, Nara Prefecture, western Japan. He then made a "tamagushi" Shinto ritual offering at the altar and performed a prayer around 10:30 a.m. (1:30 a.m. GMT).
   Empress Masako, accompanying her husband to the mausoleum, also offered a prayer, around 10:50 a.m.
   Following his accession to the throne on May 1, Emperor Naruhito attended the "Sokuirei-Seiden-no-Gi" ceremony on Oct. 22 to proclaim his enthronement both at home and abroad, and performed Daijosai Nov. 14-15.
   The couple will visit the mausoleum of Emperor Meiji, the paternal great-great-grandfather of Emperor Naruhito, in the western city of Kyoto on the morning of Thursday and the mausoleums in Hachioji, Tokyo, of Emperor Taisho and Emperor Showa, the great-grandfather and grandfather of the current Emperor, respectively, on Tuesday.
