ＴＯＢ期限延長、回答先送り　新生銀との対立続く―ＳＢＩ

　インターネット金融大手ＳＢＩホールディングスは２８日、新生銀行へのＴＯＢ（株式公開買い付け）期限延長を求めた同行に対し、回答を先送りすると表明した。一方、新生銀が、ＴＯＢについて株主価値を損なう恐れがあると主張する具体的な理由の説明を改めて求めた。

SBI Postpones Response to Shinsei Bank Demand

SBI Holdings Inc. said Tuesday that it will postpone responding to a request by Shinsei Bank to extend the deadline for its tender offer for the Japanese bank.
The Japanese online financial service company reiterated its demand that Shinsei Bank give a detailed explanation for why it argues that the tender offer may harm shareholder value.
