ドコモ、解約金廃止　新規の定期契約も終了

　ＮＴＴドコモは２１日、携帯電話の契約を途中解約する際にかかる違約金を廃止すると発表した。１０月から適用され、いつでも追加負担なしで解約できるようになる。２年契約などの定期契約も新規の受け付けを終了する。
　２年契約の場合、１万４５０円の解約金がかかる。２０１９年１０月以降のプランは１１００円に引き下げられたが、いずれも廃止する。解約金が不要なプランに変更した場合でも一定期間、変更前の条件で解約金がかかる「留保」も撤廃する。（2021/09/21-17:47）

Major Japanese mobile phone carrier NTT Docomo Inc. said Tuesday that it will no longer collect penalties from customers for canceling their subscription contracts before expiration.
The new policy, which will be applied from October, will enable customers to cancel their contracts at any time without additional fees.
