ダイハツ、来月も５工場停止　最大９日間、部品調達難で

　ダイハツ工業は２１日、完成車を製造する国内全５工場の稼働を来月最大で９日間停止すると発表した。東南アジアでの新型コロナウイルス感染拡大に伴い、ベトナムやマレーシアからの部品調達が遅れているため。約２万台の生産に影響が出るという。
　小型のスポーツ用多目的車（ＳＵＶ）「ロッキー」などを手掛ける滋賀第２工場（滋賀県竜王町）は、来月１～１３日のうち稼働予定だった９日間を全て休業とする。本社工場（大阪府池田市）は、一部を除き１１～１５日の５日間操業を取りやめる。（2021/09/21-16:31）

Daihatsu to Halt Operations at 5 Plants in Japan in Oct.

Daihatsu Motor Co. said Tuesday that it will suspend operations of all of its five vehicle assembly plants in Japan for up to nine days in October.
The suspension was decided due to difficulty procuring automotive parts from Vietnam and Malaysia amid the spread of the novel coronavirus in Southeast Asia, according to the subsidiary of Toyota Motor Corp. .
