白物家電、３０年ぶり高水準　今年上期出荷額―日本電機工業会

　日本電機工業会が２０日発表した２０２１年上半期（１～６月）の民生用電気機器（白物家電）の国内出荷額は前年同期比９．７％増の１兆３２８１億円だった。上期としては１９９１年（１兆３６７７億円）に次ぎ３０年ぶりに高い水準となった。
　新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大に伴う「巣ごもり需要」の影響で、エアコンや空気清浄機などの出荷が増えた。
　製品別では、ルームエアコンが４．８％増、電気冷蔵庫が８．１％増となったほか、清潔志向の高まりにより空気清浄機は８９．７％増と大幅プラス。電動歯ブラシや除湿器・加湿器なども２桁増だった。（2021/07/20-18:43）

White goods shipments in Japan in January-June hit their highest level in 30 years on a first-half basis thanks to stay-at-home demand stemming from the lingering new coronavirus crisis.
Shipments in the six-month period rose 9.7 pct from a year before to 1,328.1 billion yen, the highest since January-June 1991, when shipments totaled 1,367.7 billion yen, the Japan Electrical Manufacturers' Association said Tuesday.
