フランフラン株、一部売却　相乗効果上がらず―セブン＆アイ

　セブン＆アイ・ホールディングスが、持ち分法適用会社で雑貨専門店を展開するＦｒａｎｃｆｒａｎｃ（フランフラン・東京）の株式の一部を国内の投資ファンドに売却することが１７日、分かった。十分な相乗効果が上がっておらず、保有比率を約４９％から２０％超に下げる。
　フランフランは、若い女性をターゲットにデザインを重視したインテリア雑貨の専門店を全国で展開している。セブン＆アイは２０１３年にフランフランと資本業務提携し、商品の共同開発やインターネット通販などで連携を進めた。（2021/07/17-11:55）

Seven & i to Reduce Equity Stake in Francfranc

Japanese retail giant Seven & i Holdings Co. will sell some of its shareholdings in interior goods store operator Francfranc Corp. to a domestic investment fund, it was learned Saturday.
The sale will reduce Seven & i's equity stake in the company from about 49 pct to a little over 20 pct, according to informed sources.
