補正、１０兆円の事業規模で　災害対策、教育・ＡＩに投資―自民幹部

　自民党の二階俊博幹事長は１９日の記者会見で、災害復旧や景気の下支えを図る２０１９年度補正予算案について、「大きな補正でなければ国民の不安は拭えない。１０兆円は下らないものが必要ではないか」と語った。１０兆円に関しては事業規模だと説明した。
　二階氏は補正の必要性に関し、台風被害の復旧・復興に加え、「経済の先行きが不透明感を増している」と指摘。全国の高等専門学校施設が老朽化していることを挙げ、「教育に力点を置いて政策を進めていきたい」と語った。
　世耕弘成参院幹事長も会見で、補正について「規模感は大型であるべきだ。目安としては１０兆円程度を目指すべきではないか」と強調。人工知能（ＡＩ）研究開発への集中投資や、自動運転技術の普及促進などを盛り込むべきだと訴えた。（2019/11/19-14:57）

Toshihiro Nikai, secretary-general of Japan's ruling Liberal Democratic Party, said Tuesday the government should draw up a fiscal 2019 supplementary budget worth around 10 trillion yen in terms of project scale.
   Speaking at a press conference, Nikai said that the government "can't dispel public fears unless (it compiles) a large supplementary budget" for the year through March, which will be aimed at supporting postdisaster reconstruction and boosting the economy.
   "I think (the budget) needs to be at least 10 trillion yen," he said, adding that the figure is the size of the projects to be financed by the extra budget.
   On the need for the budget, Nikai noted that uncertainty in the economic outlook is growing, while restoration and reconstruction efforts are under way after a series of typhoons.
   Referring to aging facilities at technical colleges throughout the country, he said he hopes the government will implement measures that focus on education.
