東京、新たに９２０人感染　９００人超は５月１３日以来―新型コロナ

　東京都は７日、新たに９２０人の新型コロナウイルス感染を確認したと発表した。１日当たりの新規感染者が９００人を上回ったのは、５月１３日（１０１０人）以来。１週間前の水曜日より２０６人多く、前週比の増加は１８日連続。
　国内では７日、東京都を含め、新たに２１９１人の新型コロナウイルス感染が確認された。新規感染者が２０００人を超えたのは６月１０日以来。重症者は前日比１人減の４８０人。死者は１４人だった。
　都によると、新規感染者の直近１週間平均は６３１．７人で、前週比１２４．３％。年代別では２０代が２６５人、３０代１９１人、４０代１８１人、５０代１０３人の順に多く、２０～５０代で８割を占めた。他は１０代７０人、１０歳未満５３人、６０代３９人、７０代１２人、８０代６人。６５歳以上は２９人。都基準の重症者は前日から１人減り、６２人となった。（2021/07/07-20:14）

Tokyo's Daily Coronavirus Tally Jumps to 920

The daily number of new coronavirus cases in Tokyo came to 920 on Wednesday, topping the 900 mark for the first time since May 13, the Japanese capital's metropolitan government said.
   Tokyo's daily infection tally rose by 206 from a week earlier, posting the 17th straight week-on-week gain.
   The daily tally averaged 631.7 for the last week, up 24.3 pct from the preceding week.
   Of Wednesday's new cases, 265 were confirmed among people in their 20s, 191 among those in their 30s, 181 among those in their 40s and 29 among those aged 65 or over.
   The number of people severely ill with the coronavirus under the metropolitan government's criteria decreased by one from the previous day to 62.
