香港デモ絡みで邦人男性逮捕　容疑など不明

　【香港時事】香港で頻発するデモに関連して、２０代の日本人男性１人が香港警察に逮捕されていたことが１９日、分かった。外交筋が明らかにした。男性は１７日、警官隊とデモ隊の衝突が続く九竜地区の香港理工大周辺で逮捕されたという。容疑などは不明。
　男性は１９日未明時点で拘束されたままで、在香港日本総領事館が領事面会などの支援を行った。香港では８月３１日の抗議活動に関連して邦人男性が逮捕されており、デモに絡んだ邦人逮捕は２人目。（2019/11/19-01:35）

Japanese Man Arrested over Hong Kong Protests

Hong Kong police have arrested a Japanese man in his 20s in connection with protests in the region, diplomatic sources said Tuesday.
   The man was arrested on Sunday near Hong Kong Polytechnic University and remained in custody as of early Tuesday, the sources said.
   It is unclear what suspicion led to his arrest, the sources said.
   The Japanese consulate-general in Hong Kong provided assistance to the man, they said.
   He was the second Japanese to be arrested in connection with the protests. The first arrest came on Aug. 31.
