日本郵便、国産ドローン会社と資本提携　２３年度に配送実現

　日本郵便は１５日、ドローン（小型無人機）製造を手掛ける自律制御システム研究所（ＡＣＳＬ）と資本・業務提携すると発表した。郵便や物流でドローンを活用し、効率的な配送に取り組む狙い。２０２３年度の実用化を目指す。
　日本郵便の親会社、日本郵政傘下の日本郵政キャピタル（東京）が、７月５日付でＡＣＳＬの第三者割当増資を引き受け、約３０億円を出資する。出資比率は１０．３６％となる。（2021/06/15-18:40）

Japan Post Co. said Tuesday that it will form a capital and business tie-up with domestic drone firm Autonomous Control Systems Laboratory Ltd. .
The Japan Post Holdings Co. unit and ACSL will aim to realize in fiscal 2023 the practical use of drones for postal and logistics services.
