ヤフー、不妊治療で休職可能に　最長１年、性別関係なく

　ヤフーは２日、約７９００人の正社員や契約社員、嘱託社員を対象に、不妊治療を目的とする休職を最長１年間認める新制度を導入したと発表した。業務を抱えたままの治療は負担が大きく、働き方の変更や退職を余儀なくされるケースもあるとされる。このため従業員が休職して治療に専念できる環境を整える。
　休職中は無給で、男女の別や婚姻の有無にかかわらず利用できる。開始日から１年間の範囲で３回まで分割して休職することもできるという。（2021/06/02-16:29）

Yahoo Japan Introduces Leave for Fertility Treatment

Japanese internet portal Yahoo Japan Corp. said Wednesday that it has introduced a system allowing its workers to take leave of absence for fertility treatment for up to one year.
Through the system, which covers some 7,900 permanent, contract and fixed-term employees, Yahoo Japan hopes to create an environment in which workers can concentrate on the treatment.
