オリエンタルランド、早期退職を実施　コロナで業績悪化

　東京ディズニーランドなどを運営するオリエンタルランドが社員の早期退職を実施していたことが１日、分かった。新型コロナウイルス禍で業績が悪化しているため、コスト削減を図る。
　退職支援制度「ネクストキャリア支援プログラム」の対象を、４５歳以上で勤続１０年以上の社員に広げ、支援金を増額した。２０２０年１０月から２１年１月末まで募集し、応募者は３月末までに退職した。人数は非公表。（2021/06/01-14:34）

Oriental Land Co. , which operates the Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea theme parks, offered early retirement to employees, it was learned Tuesday.
The company hoped to cut costs, reflecting a deterioration in its business condition amid the spread of the novel coronavirus, informed sources said.
