マツキヨ９月中間決算、収益過去最高　消費増税前の駆け込み

　マツモトキヨシホールディングスが１３日発表した２０１９年９月中間連結決算は、売上高と各段階の利益が中間期として過去最高になった。消費税増税前の駆け込み需要に加え、訪日外国人客向けの売り上げが好調だった。
　売上高は前年同期比４．６％増の３００４億円、純利益は１１．８％増の１２９億円。記者会見した松本清雄社長は「消費増税前の駆け込み需要に戦略的に対応できた」と振り返った。（2019/11/13-18:30）

Drug store operator Matsumotokiyoshi Holdings Co. said Wednesday its sales and net profit in April-September hit record highs for a fiscal first-half period, thanks to last-minute demand before the Oct. 1 consumption tax hike and brisk demand from foreign visitors.
In the first half of fiscal 2019, sales increased 4.6 pct from a year before to 300,415 million yen, and net profit rose 11.8 pct to 12,952 million yen.
