「日米貿易」１９日衆院通過へ　与野党、採決日程で合意

　自民、立憲民主、国民民主３党の国対委員長は１３日、国会内で会談し、日米貿易協定承認案を１９日の衆院本会議で採決する日程で合意した。与党の賛成多数で可決、参院に送付される。与党は当初、週内の衆院通過を目指したが、円満な国会運営を重視し、野党に一定の配慮を示した。
　与党は先に衆院外務委員会での１３日中の採決を求めていたが、野党側は拒否。これを踏まえ、委員会採決は１５日に行うことになった。参院は２０日の本会議で審議入りする見通し。
　自民党の森山裕国対委員長は会談後、記者団に「全会派が採決に参加し、参院に送ることが大事だ」と述べ、今国会での成立を目指す考えを強調した。（2019/11/13-16:27）

Japan's House of Representatives is now set to vote on a recently announced trade agreement with the United States next Tuesday, it was learned on Wednesday.
   The Lower House is seen approving the trade deal by a majority vote, with support from ruling party members. The House of Councillors, the upper chamber of the Diet, Japan's parliament, is expected then to start related deliberations the following day.
   The voting date was agreed at a meeting Wednesday of the Diet affairs chiefs of the ruling Liberal Democratic Party and two major opposition parties--the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan and the Democratic Party for the People.
   The ruling bloc initially aimed to get the Japan-U.S. trade deal through the Lower House by the end of this week, but it accepted a delay in order to manage overall parliamentary business as smoothly as possible.
   "It's important for all parliamentary groups to participate in the vote sending the matter to the Upper House," Hiroshi Moriyama, chairman of the LDP Diet Affairs Committee, told reporters after the meeting with his CDPJ and DPFP counterparts.
