女児切り付け、１４歳少年逮捕　殺人未遂容疑「殺すつもり」―青森県警

　青森県八戸市の路上で小学校高学年の女児が首を切り付けられた事件で、青森県警は１２日、殺人未遂容疑で市内に住む男子中学生（１４）を逮捕した。「殺すつもりだった」という趣旨の供述をしており、容疑を認めているという。
　捜査関係者によると、少年は「誰でもよかった」という趣旨の供述もしているという。女児は少年と面識がなかったとみられ、県警は動機などを詳しく調べている。
　逮捕容疑は、１２日午後４時４０分ごろ、同市新井田西の路上で、女児の首の前部分を刃物で切り付け、殺害しようとした疑い。
　県警によると、女児は喉付近を長さ約１０センチ、深さ最大約１センチ切られ、３週間のけがをしたという。（2019/11/13-13:36）

Police arrested a 14-year-old male junior high school student on Tuesday for allegedly slashing the neck of a girl in an upper grade of elementary school on a street in Hachinohe, Aomori Prefecture, northern Japan, earlier in the day.
   The boy has admitted to the charges, saying that he intended to kill the girl, according to investigative sources.
   With the girl seen to be not acquainted with the suspect, the Aomori prefectural police are investigating the motive behind his action.
   The 14-year-old is suspected of slashing the girl in the front of her neck at around 4:40 p.m. (7:40 a.m. GMT) on Tuesday. The girl received a cut of about 10 centimeters long and up to around one centimeter deep near her throat, an injury that will take three weeks to heal, according to the prefectural police.
   A security camera near the crime scene had caught a person who resembled the suspect.
